So far it hasn't helped I feel really fed up today.

PS how about a top tip for today??? When taking tablets, specifically a laxative, and you drop it and can't find it, don't continue to drink you cup of tea because it pretty soon became apparent where that minging capsule had gone!!! Bllurrrrgggggggggg puke
