A nurse at the hospital said she loves cheese and found one that has a good bite to it but low fat.Its Wykes Farm low fat cheese in a strong pink coloured pack.Said you can get it in Morrisons,Asda and the Co-op!I will look forward to that.Maz x

I have ha d the one in the pink pack but didn't realise it was low fat lol. This and their other cheeses are lovely and creamy.

Oh Ive not seen that, Ill keep an eye out for it. I wasnt a cheese eater pre-op but since surgery Im liking it a lot more. I have loads of babybell lights and Ive had a few low-fat cheddars and enjoyed it all XX

I think Ive had one from tesco and one from Asda, just look at the cheese section and its says its half fat or low fat....It must be pretty low as it was ok for me Sorry cant remember specific names XX

eat this cheese by the boat load it is lovely and creamy for a low fat cheddar very nice has not done me any harm and it is the best sharp low fat cheese i have found around. Janey

I don't worry about cheese being low fat - and Wyke Farms is too strong for me (sometimes I can get the mild one and its delish) - my Uncle used to work on the farm.

I use the fat in cheese etc to stop me getting bunged up - but I've learn to use my DS to control things like that.
M&S do some delicious cheese as well - but it will be full fat.

Cheese is my new best friend at the mo - I seem to be able to get my protein portion in with it quite well

Tried this cheese last year at the Good Food show and have been addicted since. It tends to sell out in the morrisons close to me but I love it. Great recommendation!
