Chinese takeaway

Never had a takeaway for months so ordered chilli garlic chicken and boiled rice. Split into 3 portions straight away as I know that's what I will manage. Ohhh not tonight, had two forkfuls and Iam stuffed, I was really looking forward to it aswell. Just shows no matter how far post bypass you are it can still just hit you out of the blue. A newbie wud have ate more than that.
 
I struggle terribly with rice.
 
I've mainly ate the peppers, water chestnut and chicken, maybe a teaspoon of rice mixed in.
Weird this hasn't happened in a long time.
 
I can't eat it at all, it makes me sick. I'm glad though, as now I know I have to avoid it :)

It was sheer convenience Paula. Iam not normally in on a Saturday. Just had one of those days full straight away even of a cup of coffee. Shame everyday wasn't like that. I wud lose the last stone easy lol
 
I've been getting fuller quicker lately. I'm sure it's this hot weather. I really don't want to eat when it's really hot. I'm ok with Indian though. I think it's the sugar they add to Chinese food. I'm not a year out yet and I can't seem to eat anything with more than 10g of sugar :-(

Paula it's only since Xmas when I've ate anything and everything. Seems to be no rule of thumb and never have the same day twice.
 
It's so weird isn't it? I hope I do as well as you. You look amazing in your pics. You look like a completely different person :)
 
Gave in to son and ordered Indian, I am currently taking my time working my way through some starters which are now stone cold, of course! Still, nice to get some flavour in my food!
 
It is so weird how 2 days are never the same. I had my first Chinese a couple of months back. I didn't have any rice as I struggle with that but the noodles and ginger chicken went down a treat. I've had 2 more since then! It's a weakness for me I must say and going to try a avoid it for a while so it doesn't become a habit. I of course split it up in to much smaller portions but still ate a lot when it was all added up but then I went to Nando's on Friday night, I had 3 chicken wings and some peas and promptly went to the loo to throw it up. No rhyme or reason to it. Other than it seems to want to come back up when I'm in public!
 
I'm still avoiding rice but have had a taste of my favourites, Thai beef yum neua and garlic beef. I managed to get 30g of beef down but dodged the rice.
