Fat: The fight of my life...have you watched this programme?

It's got a Gorgeous fitness and health expert from USA called Jessie pavelka.
I watched it all the time when on tv and the other day I spotted his calendar in the shops.
So I bought it...lol
I do t normally do calendars...and not with a half naked man.
WOWZA...it certainly will brighten my day!
Hubby thought I was daft as anything..

On one programme a woman was struggling to run to him because she was overweight.
I shouted out..."you wouldn't see me struggling running if he was training me"
