Hi my sister is on the milk and fruit diet before her opp this.week but she carnt go to the toilet is.they anything she can take for it?

Glycerine suppositories , cheap over the counter from chemist & work in 15 minutes.
If not Fybogel is an oral method but takes longer & I was prescribed it by my hopital team pre op but it never worked for me.

Movicol is the only answer!!
I learned not to get into that position by taking lactulose caps everyday on the milk diet, keeps things moving!!!
