I have been trying to contact Cosmetic Bliss for over a week now by ringing and leaving a message and then when I got no responce I filled in their on-line form.
I still haven't heard back from them. So is it me??:cry: Or is this normal?

I'll try ringing again next week but if anyone can give me any pointers I would be grateful
