costipation

Hi I am 5 days post op gastric sleeve and have constipation,any ideas on what to take to shift it

5 days post op here and has my first BM!
My hospital recommended any liquid constipation relief, if you don't fancy taking anything there are always suppositories they sound nasty but I hear they work great!
Keep in mind your on a liquid diet so there isn't but stuff to come out as it were.
Good luck I know if can feel awful.
