Has anyone got an idea if I can use cup of soups (supermarket own brands and branded ones alike) within a shake diet?
Staying at 800 cals and 80g of carbs or less as per dieticians orders would this be okay?
The soups I'm currently using are intended as meal replacements but I find them a bit tasteless and one a day takes up a lot of my carbs and calories where I could fit two low fat cup a soups in.
Any advice is appreciated!
