Had the sleeve on sat and am about yo inject again stand up or lie diwn ! Which is the least painful? Not that it is particularly, I'm just feeling sensitive today so I want it to be over quick and no fuss !,xthsnks

I used to do mine sitting. If you don't rub the area afterwards you shouldn't bruise as badly

sitting I did mine in the fatty bit the best I used to lay back in the chair
