Yes it does get easier , that will prob be the carb withdrawals, make sure u keep your fluids up and it will pass before u know it - All the best xx

The day didnt go too bad had
Slimfast shake for b/fast
Same again luck
And a very low fat salad for tea
I now feel ok
That's for the support hopefully tomorrow
Will be slightly better and less of a headache
Think I need to focus on my hospital bag and buying stuff in really for the fluid for 2 weeks xxx
