Day 2 completed

well that's day 2 out of the way. other than the hot flushes, the day went well. Slight headache but nothing that a good night sleep wont sort.

Hi,
I have also just finished day 2 on pre op diet..... Only another 15 days to go. I know it should be for 14 days but decided to get my head into gear over the weekend so that it would hopefully be easier this week at work.

Coming to the end of day 4. Been getting headaches, needing to pee alot, hunger is keeping me awake so not sleeping too well.
But as long I keep reminding myself why I'm doing this then I'll cope. As will Jen and Bonnie. We can do it ladies
