you dont feel full . . .but do you still feel hungry?
Quite often you will not feel full (you shouldn't eat until you feel full ~ but eat until you aren't feeling hungry . . .) this is something I've really focussed on after my surgeon emphasised this before I came out. At the point you are, I couldn't even stomach soup lol but later on, was having about 125ml.
As long as you are getting 2-3 litres of fluid ie thin soup or water, shakes, tea and juice then that's fine in one day.. Little and often they told me xx
They also told me not to worry about soups as long as I drink the amount then that's fine.
But I don't feel hungry or thirsty so it's a case of just little sips here and there xx
I had the same sort of feeling but found it was loads of trapped wind, so I've been burping like a right one on my windeeze xx
Keep sipping your peppermint tea I found that helped as well xx
I was to scared to cough at the start, but once I did a load of mucus came up? Just remember to spit it right out lol
My voice and breathing changed after this, mum said I sounded a thousand times better!!
When I called the hospital, I said I'm to scared to caugh incase the band shot up though my throat lol, I promise I was fine not a full on honk just a medium one lol xx
Thg said I was fine to caugh and snezz as sneezing was another issue for me ha ha ha x
