Day 6 going really well apart from stock cube I have to drink yuk! Doing it but making me gag lol have been adding it to evening meal as gravy but don't fancy veg all the time :(
Went for pre op tonight & paid for op but now think am I doing the right thing keep thinking what if something goes wrong & end up leaving 2 beautiful small boys :(
Every time I think about it I end up feeling sick & tearful - what am I like, I could kick myself lol

It is natural to feel worried especially when you have children. Try and think of the future and all the good changes it will bring for you.

Mandy I was the same right up to day of op then you relax and let the day just take you through! Sounds strange but it's like being on a conveyor belt trust me you will relax once the day arrives! More chance of getting run over! ;) xx

Your normal Mandy thats what yr like!!

I was exactly the same as you about my two kids & now they've got the best possible outcome, a Mum that can & does do all the normal things, I'm the first on the swings & roundabout, out on the bikes, playing footy in the garden.... infact I'm now the biggest (smaller than I was ) kid.

Try not to worry its SO worth it on the other side. xx

We did it and we are all still here posting away on mini's. Try not to worry, try to be excited about what is to come.
If you worry too much your children will pick up on it and worry about you while you are in.
I LOVE oxo cubes. put a bit of pepper in (just two grates) and stir it up well, about 2/3rds of a tea mug full and its a lovely warming drink. Are you having beef or chicken.
Chicken is yuck !!

Iv been feeling exactly the same today my ops 16th April, I wrote a post on a group on facebook earlier saying how I was having doubts but like everyone said to me, remember why u r doin this? U can carry on the diets loosing a stone putting 2 on and so on and so on, it made sense everything everyone was saying to me and made me realise I'm doin it to better my life to b a better mommy to my boys to b able to enjoy things other moms do to b able to fit on rides, to wear a dress on a girls night out like my mates do, to feel like I don't stick out like a sore thumb everywhere I go, to wear a seat belt on a plane without it being tight, to b able to sit on a chair without fear it's gonna break, to b healthy and have a happy healthy life!!!!
We all get nervous Hun I'm so nervous but gonna just think positive thoughts and I'm sure we will b fine, as for the oxos u tried the chicken one? Not so bad as the beef, I put some pepper in to xx

Think we are going to have to have a Harry Hill fight about the oxo cubes........... Chicken or Beef, theres only one way to find out...... FIGHTTTTTTT!!!

Hi Lynne
I know I'm probably being silly lol
I'm having the beef one but everytime I drink I think I'm drinking gravy yuk but only 4 days left whoop whoop x

I went through this wobble too only a few dasy ago, but got the good advice from this forum with people who know.
I just thought about the whole thing in a positive way and the most important thing for me was "THIS IS MY CHOICE, NOBODY IS FORCING ME, IM GOING TO DO THIS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE"
