im also on day six so know how you feel im not too bad today im drinking loads.
not sure what your doing but i have
cereal for breakfast,
big dish of ham salad (hate salad)making it taste better with lots of beetroot and picle onions,
for dinner chicken breast,masses of veg and two little potatoes.
i find that with lots of juice and low cal fizzy drinks its filling me.
