today has gone great been super busy so grumpy knickers has gone and happy Nikki is back.......

not been hungry again and clothes are fitting lovely so def lost weight, can't wait t get weighed on friday.

gonna go get a warm milk and get tucked up in bed as it's been snowing up here and freezing cold.

Been quietly watching your progress...I took to going to bed & snuggling up warm as a coping mechanism to stop thinking about food on my liver-shrinking diet too! Not long to go now, you are doing brilliantly so keep it up, it will be so worth it! xxx
