Day one of my new active lifestyle !

Well, I said I was going to do it as soon as I was able to, but the proof is in the pudding, as they say. :flirt2: I've just been to the swimming pool :mermaid: and done a leisurely 20 lengths.

I would have been happy to stay and do more but thought I'd better not this first time... I shall probably pay for it tomorrow ! At the moment I feel great though, and am planning to go again Friday.

LOL ! I took my time, I'm a very slow swimmer ! I rested every few lengths. And I did half on my front & half on my back. No real aches this mornng - although I have only just got up !
