Thought I would post what I have been eating for the next few days just to see what people think because I am getting paranoid as I have the baraitric team next week
All drinks are half an hour before I eat
Friday 3/9/10
250ml of semi skimed milky coffee
Breakfast - 1 Slice of burgen bread with low fat cheese spread
250ml of sf squash
Lunch - Whole can heinz multgawani soup
100ml of Fresh Orange
Mid Afternoon - pot of low fat rice pudding
250ml ss milky coffee
Dinner - 2 Quorn Sausage's with one piece of brocoli and 1 new potato
250ml Options Hot Chocolate
