Did you have to do the milk diet to loose 5% before meeting the surgeon?

looking to make a change!
At Luton & Dunstable where I am we do and the nurse works in Kg which is really confusing when I work in lbs.

I've noticed that the way she has worked out the kg makes me a lb more than what I was on her scales.

Start weight: 186.4kg (29stones 3lbs, however when I converted this to kg, Google said I should of been 185.5kg??)
Goal weight: 177.7kg (Which the Nurse wrote down as my 5% loss) (Google says this is 27stones 9lbs)

When I take 5% away from 409lbs / 29stone 3lbs it comes up with 20.5lbs or 388.5lbs which again according to Google is 27stones 7lb

Current weight: 27stones 13lbs (when converted Google says it is 177.3kg, so means I'm only 0.4kg or half a pound away from her goal that she wrote down which doesn't go with the 5% workings above)

I'm so confused why when I work it out one way I'm half a pound away and elsewhere I'm 4lbs away.

Is anyone good at kg and pound conversion?

Thanks gary so she hasn't worked out the kilos right from my start off weight....as 409 divided by 2.2 is 185.5kg not her 186.4!

I have had a go at working it out!!!

186.4 kilos = 29 stone 5 lbs

5% in Kilos = 9.32 kilos

9.32 in kilos = 1st 6.5 lbs or 21.5 Lbs

So take away 9.32 kilos from 186.4 kilos = 177.8 kilos or 27lbs 12.5 lbs

So I think you are just about there!!! Well done!!!
