Hi i have started my diet today im doing the 2nd one small piece fish or lean meat and veg. i was going to do the milk diet but been trying both last week and felt more comfterble with. Today i have had i shreeded wheat bit milk. Small bit of fish and veg. 1 banana and water. This time of day is the hardest for me as its now i eat for england. But i will stick it. Any tips from you lot out there xxx
