Dieticians Appointment 13th Jan 2011

Got my appointment through, not too long a weight to be honest, so that's good.

I have decided, as things are not really working for me right now weight loss wise I am not going to worry about it until New Year.

I am going to enjoy Christmas as much as I can, not worrying too much about what I have but within reason.

Once I have a diet to follow from the dietician, I will do so to the letter to see if that makes a real difference.

If it does not, then my surgeon and I will look at other routes to follow...

Next year could be interesting to say the least.

If I am not on here so much, this is why.

Part of me feels a bit defeated but most of me me feels positive to make 2011 the year for me
