discomfort between breasts

Hi all just wondered if anyone gets discomfort between their breasts. It's too high for it to be the pouch area but it does bother me every now and then. Last 2 days especially. Any ideas if it is band related, I'm wondering about acid?

usually that happens to me if I've eaten/drunk too fast but I am bypass. I have heard of the 'iron fist' for banders and I believe its a similar thing. I read your other post and you said about the 20/20/20 - its 20 chews per mouthful, 20 seconds between the end of one mouthful and the start of the next and max 20 mins at a meal.

Thanks for that info :) it's not like the iron fist thing I know what that is this is more feeling sore inside. But thanks :)

Hi sparkly, I think I get what you're talking about too and it's driving me mad. It feels like a deep tightness that is uncomfortable but if I breathe in really deeply it gets worse. I have tried lots of things, buying bigger bras etc to figure out what is causing it but I'm no closer yet. It tends to me for me when I am more hungry, and especially if I am hungry and drinking cold water. Usually once I eat it goes away for a while.
Sorry I can't provide much advice but just wanted to let you know you might not be the only one! x

It's not acid, is it? I know that when I get bad acid, I feel it in my chest. Next time you get it, try taking a Gavison or two and see if it helps. It might not be that at all, but it's worth a try.

You could be right. I still have my emergency gaviscon in my bag from before the op so if/when it happens this afternoon I'll give it a go and let you know!
