hi can anyone suggest why i have dizzy spells im nearly two years since surgery and do not have high blood pressure

I can only offer the obvious (being at the beginning of my journey) are you drinking enough water? dehydration can cause dizzy/lightheadedness or not enough sugar (I dont mean a binge lol)

I used to get dizzy spells because of a congersted liver. I also get them if I'm not keeping an eye on my CFS.

I'm not suggesting that this is the case with yours, but it isn't always diet related x

It could be low BP or low B12 causing your dizziness. Do you skip meals?

no not really just that they are small and i do alot of running around after people
