I'm moving onto thick liquids and runny purees today and wondered if small (1 teaspoonful or 2) would be ok...Im craving lovely savoury foods and just wondered if they would be OK? I know they are high fat but they are also quite high in Protein and I will literally only be having tiny amounts....just getting VERY bored of soups now....if they wouldn't can anyone suggest anything?
