Typical Day
Breakfast: 1 scoop of porridge, with sweetner & 2 scoops of SS Milk & a banana
Mid Morning: Vegetable Oxo & a Light Baby Bel
Lunch: Half a tin of Heinz Oxtail Soup
Mid Afternoon: A small fromage frais & 4 tinned peach slices
Dinner: Chicken, mash & veg (sometimes caulflower cheese)
Evening: A light baby bel & Sugar free Jelly with fruit (normally strawberries or raspberries)
I bought some small plastic bowls out of Asda made for babies, that's what I eat my meals out becuae I am trying not to eat too much.
What do you think?
