....wardrobe full of clothes that don't fit you. I have a wardrobe, several drawers and loads of clothes in the attic that don't fit me and have been to small for years. I only have about 10 items in total that DO fit and I wear the same things over and over again. Am I the only one?

nope, most of my clothes are too small :( hopefully i will shrink into them lol i wear the same clothes all the time xxx

I am exactly the same!

We built an extension a few years ago and converted the box room into a dressing room which is now full of size 18-20 clothes and I have just 2 shelves of size 22 that fit. I also have 6 bin bags of size 10-16 clothes in the attic and some more still at my Mam's house - I'm hoping to not have to do too much shopping as I lose weight post-op x

I used to - but I went through my closets before Xmas to and about 90% of it went in charity bags. Got rid of all the tatty old stuff and some of the stuff I'd had for years but never worn - I figured that by the time it fits it will be so out of fashion that I wont want to wear it.

My mum-in-law and sis have promised to treat me to new stuff when I'm thinner; and I'm saving a couple of pounds a week in a jar!

my wardbe is looking rather sad at the momen, all my bigger clothes i through away.. all the tops i have now are falling off the arms showing my bra strap... apart frm two new jumpers i got for christmas... and all my trousers as i dont possess a skirt (bad legs)! are baggy... very unfattering lol... but i dont want o spend out on new clothes just yet x

yes I have lots of clothes that don't fit as they are too small! but on the positive I have clothes to shrink into eventually

I looked at some the other day and there were quite a few still with tags on so sorted for after op whenever that happens

I have 3 shelves, nos 1, big clothes that are starting to get a bit big, nos 2, 3-4 sizes smaller that fitted when i lost 6-7 stone and nos 3, are only a dream to fit into one day :)
My leggings are so old i can't wait to bin them!!!! and my swim costume is starting to flap in the water but the only other one i have is to small !

yes am the same, I'm throwing the clothes out wen they too big cause i dont ever wanna see them again!, and theres no better feeling than losing a bit of weight and fitting into something you used to wear but got to fat for, its starting to happen to me got myself back into some jeans and dress trousers its a great feeling but i still have a long way to go to get into a lot of them xx

I'm only a week post op and my Mam came to visit today. The sight of me in my pitifully massive dressing gown made her offer to buy me some clothes. Apparently my Dad is worried I'll look a mess while I lose weight.
I've assured her I'm planning on wearing my clothes, then hers, then my sisters then buy my own so I'm sorted lol!!
xx
