Does anyone have a Carrot and ...... soup recipe

I have a bag of carrots to use up but no corriander or other veg (only onions, potatoes and tinned tomatoes).

I want it to be healthy and ideally have no 'bad' carbs in i.e pasta, rice, potatoes

So put in everything except the spuds with a stock cube... if you have any chicken or 'leftover' meat throw that in for good measure and simmer away xx
