I had the most hideous tripple chin and surprisingly its the only part of my body that doesnt need lifting since my weight loss. In fact im incredably prout of my chin and jaw structure at just how well it has coped with my weight loss. Along the way i have moisturised well and also done some jaw exercises and dont know if the has contributed to it but you never know.
Its early days for you yet so hang on in there it may just surprise you.

I lost my a chin with my first couple of stone, then I lost my second chin with my next few stone. Now I have just one chin and a pretty firm neck area. I also moisturized like mad and and did jaw exercises to help it along.
My chins have all but dissappeared too. I thought it would leave my neck really saggy but no and although there still some way to go for 56 I think it looks fine. So as a much younger lady I hope the same goes for you.
