Drink?

On the pre op diet can we drink alcohol? I'm on a no carb diet.. Op is 7th and have a wedding on the 5th? Can I drink or should I avoid it all together?

No alcohol on thre pre-op. No alcohol post op for a year according to my hospitals rules !

i was on a low carb pre-op diet too.. and me too was told no alcohol :-(
And i wouldnt chance it even for one night as we do the pre-op diet to shrink the liver and show we are commited xx

Stick to your pre-op diet as told,do not risk it for a bit of booze.
