Drinking before fill advice!??

Hi, I am due for a fill this evening at 6pm.....but I cant remember and cant find my information about how long I cant eat or drink before the fill???

I know I should ring and ask, bu I am on a night, and as I have to get up early for my appointment to travel up to it....I wont be able to ask for advice...I just wanted a rough idea, so I know if I could have a cup of tea when I wake up...or roughly how long I have to wait!

Any help/advice very welcome!

depends on providers but for mine it's nil by mouth three hours before the fill
