Hi all,
Just wanted to ask, I've read in my providers book not to drink an hour before and after food (I'm two weeks post op) and a few people explained why that is, but is that just for now or forever? I'm really struggling with that as I feel I need a drink just after eating. But I'm trying to do as I'm told Anyway my question is how do you manage that when you go out for a meal? I'm thinking I can hide the fact I've had a band now when I go out for meals (this is a part of my job, socialising on a nit with colleagues when away from home) but don't know how I will get round not ordering a drink with my meal if that makes sense?
Didn't know if that advice was just for the first few months.
Thanks x
