Well my BMI is anyway!

This was the 3rd target I set myself, the unrealistic one, the one I never thought I'd reach, and I'm pinching myself this morning! . How did this happen? when you've been fat all your life it's difficult to accept you are a healthy weight.
Anyway, don't have an up to the minute photo, but I think this one shows the changes (on the outside) well!
Take heart folk, if I can be normal, anyone can
