Omg first time trying a mini milk tasted so yummy and now I'm sweating like a pig and feel crap !!! Just shows after all this time it can bite u in bum xxxx

Hopefully it was a one off.
I think that it can happen if you have had something else sweet within an hour or if you haven't eaten for a while.
I dumped on a latte last weekend then when I thought about it I hadn't eaten for 3 hours before it.

I love mini milks, I have just eaten a strawberry one, I had it about 30 mins after my dinner, so far I haven't dumped on them x

i am loving mini milks! just had a chocolate one without any issues. I do hope that doesn't mean I'm not going to be a dumper though. A box won't last long though as when I have one I have to give the dog one too. So he's having the vanillas and I'm having the strawberry and chocolate flavours.
