I am now into my puréed stage and feel like I could eat a horse, today especially. Maybe I am menstrual but I never really know due to my PCOS. I don't think I am overdoing it and not sure if it is a battle of the head and tummy as I feel fullish but also feel like I could eat and eat and eat. What I am having in general is as follows
Breakfast - scrambled eggs or wheatabix / ready brek
Lunch - soup with a very soggy ryvita
Dinner - mashed potato with cottage cheese
Snack - yoghurt/moose
Advice or suggestions would be very welcome.
