Anyone had any EFT sessions? I am due my first session this week through my provider and just wondered if anyone had any comments or feedback about them.

I'd not heard of it before but let us know how you get on. I'm currently doing a behaviour modification type of therapy and it is helpful but not completely. I'm interested to know what else is out there. Best of luck x

Yep it is the tapping technique - sposed to be very powerful and can work very well. It's connected to accupuncture without the needles.

I'll be really interested to know how you get on, ive heard about it quite a bit but dont know anyone thats ever had any sessions.

I know a lady who does it. Can't say I'm convinced but horses for courses!

Am going for first session tomorrow afternoon so will let you know I get on.

I am keeping an open mind about it - in my eyes, anything that can help and support me in this journey is a bonus.
