but i feel like i have been run over by a truck. i knew it wouldnt be nice and it certainly wasnt but at least its done. i dont know why but i never anticipated having this much of a sore throat - !!!!!

thanks everyone the other good news was i have lost another 5 kilos in 6 weeks so now ive lost nearly 30lbs since my first appointment
