Try your drinks warm, that certainly helped for me. At your stage my best drink was warm watered apple juice, 50/50% with water.
Focus on your fluids, that's the most important thing.
Can you have Bovril? I liked that, + Baxters beef consomme soup.
Also I only drink NAS squash with barley...Robinsons have lots of nice flavours and Morrisons do a lovely pink graperuit and barley. I like these because they're not so sweet. Again try them warm.
I also like warm lite cranberry juice (it tastes a little like mulled wine!)
Or you could try fruit teas...again, not so sweet.
Also...Sugar free ice lollys or ice pops. They're lovely and refreshing and quench your thirst. Find the icepops in the custard and jelly aisle, unfrozen.
Can you make your own soups? That way they won't be salty.
