Ive recently started the gym and swimming, just wondered if anyone found this stalled their weight loss at first?
I'm doing mostly cardio and was speaking to a friend Whois a personal trainer he said that my calorie intake needs to be higher if Loosing weight in the gym is going to be effective as eating so few and burning off over half of what I eat will send the body I to shock! Anyone else had this?
