Ok bear with me guys cos this could be a silly question (they normally are with me! )
How do you know when you've lost enough weight?
What I mean is, I currently weigh 14st 8lb ... My personal target (never mind BMI etc) is 11st 6lb. But I'm also well aware that I have a lot of excess skin that I am going to need removing.
So, how do you know when you've lost enough and it's now just skin.
Thoughts please?
