I started swimming a couple of weeks back, about 30 mins per day initially, then a week or so ago I started swimming a mile a day but it took me about 1Hr15Min and have now reduced my time for doing so to around 50 mins so am definitely getting fitter....however I am *desperate* to go back to my Zumba classes. Do you think there is any reason why I couldn't? It Is high impact but you can lower the impact yourself, as I tended to initially as I couldn't do all the jumping about
