This is what it looks like, Em . Try Quark too, it is with the soft cheeses & can be used for lots of things sweet & savoury :) Search Quark recipes on google & watch all the yummy things you can eat appear, nom nom :D xxx

I don't like fage :( in fact I don't like most yoghurts. And am lactose intolerant.

I was going to add it to 1 of your posts then i remembered you were lactose intollernt so didn't want to bother you with it, what bout quark? xx:sigh:

What is quark is it similar to the fage? and how much is that?

It is 71p from Asda & is like a very soft cheese but it is quite bland allowing you to introduce your own flavours. I use it anywhere that I would previously used thick cream. It makes gorg syllabubs & low cal cheescake. It is equally good in savoury stuff too. Or you can just put it on fresh fruit, yummy ... some naughty people  mix in Nutella for a real chocolate kick at a fraction of the calories of thick mousse  Your imagination is the only limit :) by the way, I don't have shares with the Quark manufacturers, lol :) xxx

Thanx girls not something i'v ever bough or used think will stick it on tha shopping list. ta xx

Quark was something I bought loads of at slimming world. Was nice with sweetner on it :)

Same again unfortunately :( Will stick to bacon for my protein instead ;)

Quark is good as a filling for field mushrooms ad a bit of chopped bacon and onions and bake in the oven - delish!
