Feel like im going backwards..

Had to go back to gp's today to re-order a wheel chair my M.E. playing up big time and as gp says I will prob need it after surgery for a while too.

I wont give up I will accept the help when I need it but I will also push myself a bit more too because I'm gonna need the excercise too gonna have to find the inbetween place and stick to it

i hope you get on Ok it is hard accepting help sometimes but we know it's for the best reasons and hopefully once youve had the op and after losing some weight you will feel less and less need of the wheelchair xx take care
