Hi DQ,

I have been researching my socks off and still not 100% i did cancel my consultation in jan as i need to be sure.

On the eating front i am alot more in control i actually feel like i have lost some wait in the last 2 weeks !

Thinking about steping down through the cd stages into ssing again but the most importanat thing for me is not to lose this self control !
