3 years out and still cold all the time. Invest in some thermal vests and welly socks. I keep mine on till at least the end of May.
I always was a cold person, strange with all the blubber around me, but now its even worse, I have the heating on all the time, my o/h sits in shorts, on the bed I've always had a 14 tog feather duvet even in summer when i was over 21 st, now I have a 14tog an 8 tog, a heavy fleece blanket and I wear thick pj's, and usually the bedding is doubled onto me as o/h doesnt want his
I was once told by my dietican that once I lose a whole heap of weight I will start to always feel the cold, boy she was not wrong! 8 stone post WLS ,12 stone altogether I have taken to wearing 2 pairs of socks , a wolly hat even 2 cardigans and gloves! My bed has 2 extra blankets on it !
