:( I know it's been only 4 days but I can ignore the feeling of hunger:mad:

I tried to keep sipping sipping water , tea, coffee and chicken soup.....no problem doing all that, but still feeling hungry!!

Anyone can give me another liquid recipe?
thank you,

Marta

I was allowed thinned down tomato soup (canned) thinned with water. It was a nice change. I also bought beef & chicken consommé from Waitrose. I was also told that I could sieve out bits from soups but maybe check with your team first. I also had Caffe Lattes by Emmi (Tesco or Sainsburys chilled cabinet - 5.8g protein , low fat & low calories) there's also a cappuccino flavours. I'm a sleever too.

Some people feel hungry soon after their op, some dont. Your calorie intake is very low straight after the op so drink what you want as calories dont really matter at this stage. You really start to feel restriction and lack of appetite once you start moving through the stages.
I found home made soups really filled me up much more than tinned ones.
