Hi, does anybody know if it would be okay to use Benefiber? Its what you can sprinkle in your foods etc and its tasteless ,just thought it might give hubby an extra boost???

Most definitely yes! It's a godsend post op. 1-2tsp per day, and make sure you drink plenty with it or it will constipate you.

Thanks for the replys girls , l keep nagging about the water and l buy it from asda cost £5 so not bad at all, l dont think its a good idea to get bunged up,it causes lots of other problems you dont really need with everything else you are dealing with xxx
