Just wondering how everyone gets their daily fibre with the sleeve? Do you take supplements? Been looking into that clear power stuff you can put in water thats tastless.
Being constipated is a huge fear of mine since i suffered a good bit with it as a child.

Since I've been on the puree stage I have had no issues in that area.

I have a wheatabix for breakfast and often have baked beans in the evening.

I have been managing over 2l of fluid every day, I understand this helps too

Lol sounds like a plan...

Don't forget the drinking loads is also key.

As for wheatabix, on Alan Car's show they were eating deep fried Battered wheatabix, amongst other things deep fried.
 
I take an isphagula husk tablet (fibre) and also docusate sodium which helps keep the stool soft x x

Just looking at ur stats. We're almost the same starting weight/height etc. Congrats on ur amazing loss!! Im so jealous. Cant imagine being in the 11s. Ur really gona enjoy ur hols!

You know where I am if u need anything am on my phone at the mo so can't compare stats as it won't let me lol. Having my sleeve is the best decision I ever made...... defo no regrets x x x
 
I'm always constipated but found by having prune juice or liquidizing blueberries with my protein shakes have made me go more regular. Not as often as I used to but still better considering I didnt manage to go 2 weeks after my op.
Bread used to be my favourite source of fibre but having attempted to eat some have thrown up a couple of times so have to say goodbye to it :( Still this sleeve is the best gift I've given myself. :)
 
There are a couple of lovely looking brown rolls in bread bin.

Was tempted to try one with my soup yesterday.

So far I've managed to convince myself it's the wrong thing to eat.
