Finally Got Surgery Date!!!

After all of my anxiety, depression, and food funerals over the past three weeks, I finally got a surgery date!!! I will be having gastric bypass RNY on December 18, 2013! I'm sooo excited! I've been thinking I was 5'6 weighing 327, but after my medical clearance appt, I found out I'm 5'4 so my BMI is even higher! I'm so ready for this!!! Any last min tips??

Yay!!!!

My main tip is get mobile ASAP afterwards. Once you get home stay active (within reason!!). Keep a positive attitude.
