finally hit the four stone loss

I have had a major stall and didn't think the scales would ever move again but today my stepping stone if four stone loss after my bypass five months ago. On a cold grey Sunday I am elated. To anyone stalling hang on in there if I can do it so can you. Only three more stones to go.
