Because of shift patterns I've been up and down in my weight. Meaning that Monday mornings I've been 16st 9lb for the last 3 weeks.
Well this week I've managed to get a weight loss of 4lb.
I'm 16st 5lb this morning. 4lb loss since my stall, 15st 5lb loss in total.
This week should be great though as I am off till next Monday so plenty of time for exercise
