I'm not on the liquid diet yet, just a pre op diet to lose 5% of my weight before surgery. The first three days were the hardest and I had a premanent headache from detoxing and like you felt dizzy. It soon became much easier and I do feel more energetic.
Hopelesscase, I keep hearing the word Ketosis but am not sure what it is, could you enlighten me please? Many thanks!

I haven't done the milk diet (yet!) I like milk but I see that lots of people find it hard to drink "straight". But I see that in some versions of it you are allowed a pint of Sugar Free Jelly which could help a bit.
I have started doing something that I remember from my chidlhood and making up a pint of jelly with about 1/4 pint of boiling water and then making it up to a pint with milk rather than water. I find it really tasty done that way and a bit more interesting than a straightforward jelly (it's like a nice milk desert) and it's a good way of using up about 3/4 pint of your daily allowance.
The only thing is that you have to make sure that the hot mixture has cooled down completely before you add the cold milk. If you don't, it curdles really badly!
Just a small thing but a nice treat.

Ketosis:
When fat is burned rapidly, the body produces substances from the fat called 'ketones' and the person is said to be in 'ketosis'. The mild ketosis produced by the diet formula has a number of advantages for dieters: hunger is reduced and a feeling of well-being is often experience.
Ketones can be detected in the urine of dieters and provides encouragement than body fat is being burned. Ketones can sometimes be detected on the breath. This is only temporary and can be reduced by adequate water intake and mouth rinsing with a mouthwash (i.e. Oraldene, Listerine)
